All our Kale is grown organically and handpicked here at Back Area Gardens.We grow four types of kale each of which flourish at different times of the year : Curly Kale, Tuscan Kale, Red Raggered Kale and Dazzling Blue Kale. As such when you order Kale you will recieve which ever type is flourishing at that time.
