Organically grown by White Mountain, Wolseley
African shadock pomelo are round fruits growing to about 15-25 centimeters in diameter. Its medium-thick rind is yellow-green to yellow with a soft-textured pith. Its flesh is segmented, revealing a rosé pink pulp that is juicy and fragrant. African shaddock pomelos have low acidity, giving them their sweet tart flavor.
